Homeowner’s Association Dues

 

The Homes Association Board has dedicated significant time and energy determining how we can improve our annual dues assessment. We recognize that January may not be the best budget timing for all families, so we have strived to provide more options to our homeowners while still meeting our financial obligations. As a result, we are pleased to introduce an expanded payment period with a new flexible rate structure for 2012! The rate structure will be broken into four tiers as outlined below:

The PWHHOA annual dues payment is utilized to maintain and improve our neighborhood for the items such as: common ground lawn care, entryway maintenance, swimming pool, landscaping, social activities and neighborhood improvements. The majority of our expenses are incurred from late-spring to early-fall in support of these efforts. As a result, all payment tiers options will close on April 15th, 2012, and all 2012 HOA dues should be paid in full by that time.

 

Please complete the attached form and remit it with your payment. Dues that are not paid in full by April 15, 2012 will result in the initiation of the lien process. Reminders will be sent per the scheduled timeline.

 

 

January 27      Annual Meeting - Assessment Due

February 15    Reminder Letter Sent for Homes with Balances

March 15        Reminder Letter Sent for Homes with Balances

April 15           Final Assessment Due Date

April 16           Certified Letter Sent for Outstanding Balances

May 1              Liens Filed ($600 plus filing fees)

 

All requests for hardship arrangements must be submitted to CAM by January 20, 2012.
