Any roofing materials approved by the board as a suitable substitution for the standard Tamko 25 year products will be listed here.  As outlined in Section 5 of the PWHHOA Declaration of Restrictions, use of any roofing product, style, or color not listed below will need to be explicitly approved by the architectural committee and/or the PWH board.  Please contact CAM (913-362-6996 x208) with any questions or concerns.
